In order to contain illegal infiltration of foreigners into India and our najul lands being occupied by illegal infiltrators the Foundation suggests that those ex-Army men (including Air Force, Navy, central paramilitary forces) should be allotted free of any cost plots in najul lands in border areas along with few Ishapore rifles and bullets so that they can defend themselves if attacked by foreign elements. They should be settled in clusters of two three dozen houses. They will function as the first line of our defence on ground. Family members of officers and jawans who made supreme sacrifice shall get preference in allotments. Interested persons may register on this portal so that matter may be taken up with the Government of India on their behalf.
